This Privacy Policy explains how Thundercloud Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use TravelMap at travelmap.rewardsdesk.co.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following information when you use TravelMap:

From Google Sign-In

• Your email address
• Your display name
• Your Google profile photo URL

Data You Enter

• Flight records (origin, destination, date, optional flight number and notes)
• Countries visited (derived from your flights or added manually)
• Personal notes attached to country visits
• Optional: a public username if you enable profile sharing

Automatically Collected

• Session tokens (stored in a secure HTTP-only cookie for authentication)
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — retained briefly for security and debugging

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only to operate TravelMap:

• To authenticate you and keep your session active
• To store and display your travel data back to you
• To generate your travel map, statistics, and province-level visualizations
• To power your optional public profile if you enable it

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or build marketing profiles.

If you enable the optional public profile, your travel map (country/province visit data) will be visible to anyone with your profile URL. No other personal information (email, name, notes) is shared publicly.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can reset your flight and travel data at any time from within the App. To request complete account deletion, contact us and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (see Section 6)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability — export your data (you can download your flight CSV at any time from the App)

8. Cookies

We use a single secure HTTP-only session cookie (travelmap.session-token) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Children

TravelMap is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" of your data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise your rights, contact us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date at the top when we do. Continued use of TravelMap after changes means you accept the updated policy.
