Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

TravelMap ("the App") is a web application operated by Thundercloud Holdings LLC, a California limited liability company. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. The Service

TravelMap lets you log and visualize your personal travel history — flights, countries visited, and related notes. The App is free to use. We don't charge fees or process payments.

3. Your Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use TravelMap. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TravelMap only for its intended purpose — tracking your own personal travel. You agree not to:

• Upload data that doesn't belong to you or that you don't have the right to submit
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the App to do anything illegal or harmful
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the App's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

5. Your Data

You own the travel data you enter into TravelMap. You can reset your data at any time from within the App. Full account deletion is not yet available through the App — contact us to request it and we'll handle it within 30 days.

If you enable the optional public profile, a read-only view of your travel map will be visible to anyone with your profile URL. You can disable this at any time.

6. No Warranty

TravelMap is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Use the App at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thundercloud Holdings LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Thundercloud Holdings LLC and its members, officers, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or any harm arising from your use of TravelMap.

In no event will our total liability to you exceed $100 USD, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TravelMap at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may also stop using the App at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
